When I am enhancing a video the output file does not show up where I have selected to save it. Is it saving the output file over the original? The first video I enhanced showed up as new.avi, but everyone since doesnt show up

If you process one file, the full path to the output file is shown in the "Output video file" box.
If you process many, other files may end upo in the source folder (this will change in next version).

Be sure you press Start and not Preview.
