I'm using a Push Demux and it doesn't show an output pin until I call CreateOutputPin().
How can I do this via GraphEditPlus?

I'm afraid you can't in the current version. Probably in future versions there will be ability to call arbitrary functions exposed. Now GEP calls some of the exposed functions to see what get_something() functions return (when you scan interfaces).
