I am having the same problem. I purchased GraphEditPlus and did not get a serail in the email. I had to call RegNow to inquire about this vendor and they open a case for me. I did receive a key later but this key doesn't work.

I am still waiting to hear from the support. I will be calling RegNow tomorrow for return.

I'm very sorry for the delay with answer, we had no internet connection
for 3 days.

To generate the registration code we need your serial number which is
shown in the plugin's options dialog.

Sam, check your mail carefully, I've sent the code 3 times already.
Your code is 73087C8B179F8E86488A69037CF4D57AF9EE8A283593F774 (it's for your yahoo email, don't publish the email here).

I'm sorry it wasn't generated instantly, the server worked badly that day.
But I cannot do anything if your mail server is too strict with antispam so it loses emails..
